Group: accessories


  • developing marketing strategy of a brand (vision, brand positioning, target audience, etc.);

  • developing optimal brand assortment and price offer for Retail in the related category;

  • developing collection in accordance with the assortment plan and the development calendar, including creating collection’s concept, color map, design sketches in collaboration with designers, sample review and approval;

  • holding Line Reviews and Line Closes (pre-order and order session) in collection fabrics selection and prints’ development;

  • getting forecasts and collection orders, making their analysis and handing over to the Production Section;

  • participation in developing brand advertising concept, preparing briefs for creating advertising layouts;

  • monitoring competitors’ sales and offers, making analysis of the market and its trends;

  • fulfilling sales plans, achieving markups and other economic targets of the relative brands;

  • keeping database on the product;


  • University degree (additional education in Marketing will be a plus)
  • Relevant experience more than 2 years
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and apparel (preferably sports, outdoor) market

  • Experience in developing PL collections

  • Presentation skills

  • English level from Upper-Intermediate
